Strip Feeder Auto Loading Rigid Products - Custom Automatic Infeed Systems
Strip Feeders provide automatic loading of rigid products with consistent thickness for increased efficiencies. These feeders are ideal for loading variety packs or multi-packs, such as candy rolls and gum packages. They include vertical stacks and gravity chutes for continuous product stripping from vertical stacks or chute elbows. The rodded conveyor can strip a single product from each chute at speeds up to 300 packages per minute, which is particularly useful for high-speed applications. For efficient product handling, our feeders integrate with horizontal wrapper flights through side transfers.
