Shuttle Feeder Automatic Loading - Custom Automatic Infeed Systems

A reciprocating plate feeds product between continuous motion lugs into the flights of a horizontal wrapper. The shuttle feeder reduces labor costs and supports higher wrapper speeds, making it ideal for the pizza industry. Additionally, the InFlight automatic infeeds automate product loading into wrappers or cartoners, managing both backlogged and non-backlogged products.
Our custom automatic infeeds meet specific product specifications and handle a range of products, including baked goods, bars, cookies, crackers, and frozen foods. The system operates at moderate speeds, less than 300 ppm, ensuring efficiency and precision. Versatile automatic tray loaders accommodate various tray sizes, while orienting devices ensure accurate product positioning. InFlight infeeds manage randomly spaced products at speeds up to 300 ppm, with non-contact accumulation preventing product shingling and topping displacement. For thin, consistently shaped products, automatic slug loading is available. Additionally, a card sheeter integrates seamlessly with packaging equipment for pizza products, further extending the system's capabilities.
