Servo Merger - High Speed Product Orienting System
The servo-driven Product Merger can accept two lanes of randomly spaced product and automatically merge them into a single lane. This Servo-driven Product Merger is ideal for high-speed merging of products that cannot be backlogged. Each servo-driven timing belt will advance or retard based on the product location in the adjacent lane. The timing belts present product out-of-phase to the merging belt, ensuring smooth operation. Powered side belts are mounted over the merging belt and are used to direct the product into a single lane.
Our system also integrates various automated features, including InFlight automatic infeeds which automate product loading into horizontal wrappers or cartoners. Custom automatic infeeds are designed to meet specific product specifications, thereby enhancing overall performance and productivity. Additionally, the system handles both backlogged and non-backlogged products efficiently. For thin, consistently shaped products, we offer automatic slug loading, while automatic tray loaders provide versatile, reliable tray loading for a variety of tray sizes. Orienting devices ensure accurate product positioning within the packaging line, supporting merging and diverging product lines, single filing, inline stacking, and counter stacking.
We also offer belt and chain conveyor options, including vibratory, inverting, and ergonomic stepped packing table conveyors.
