Servo Diverger - Automatic Product Servo 2-Lane Orienting System

The servo-actuated Product Diverger can accept two lanes of product and automatically diverge them into four lanes using a servo-actuated mechanism. This is typically used upstream of a spiral freezer to present product across the full width of the freezer conveyor, maximizing conveyor width usage. A programmable controller is employed to sweep every other row of product from the two middle lanes into the two outer lanes. Upstream sensors are mounted to time the sweep accurately, ensuring precision in the diverging process. A fixed side guide is used on the outer lanes to ensure the product is positioned properly.

Benchmark's InFlight automatic infeeds automate product loading into horizontal wrappers or cartoners, with custom automatic infeeds tailored to specific product specifications to enhance performance and productivity. The automatic cartoner infeeds can handle both backlogged and non-backlogged products. Our comprehensive turnkey distribution systems cater to baked goods, bars, cookies, crackers, and frozen foods. Additional features include automatic slug loading for thin, consistently shaped products and automatic tray loaders that support various tray sizes for high-speed operations. Integrated orienting devices offer merging, diverging, single filing, inline stacking, and counter stacking capabilities, ensuring high speed, precision, and seamless operation.
