Benchmark's Product Turner is used to rotate rectangular-shaped products 90 degrees as they travel across the system. It accepts a single lane of product traveling long dimension leading and discharges it traveling short dimension leading. The initial section consists of two parallel belts traveling at different speeds. The speed difference causes the product to rotate approximately 45 degrees as it travels across them. Product rotation is completed using a powered side belt mounted over a full-width belt. In addition to these capabilities, InFlight automatic infeeds automate product loading into wrappers or cartoners, ensuring superior performance and reliability. Custom automatic infeeds are designed to meet specific product specifications, enhancing productivity. Automatic cartoner infeeds handle both backlogged and non-backlogged products efficiently. Moreover, our turnkey distribution systems cater to baked goods, bars, cookies, crackers, and frozen foods. We also provide automatic slug loading for thin, consistent-shaped products and versatile high-speed tray loading solutions through automatic tray loaders. Our orienting devices ensure accurate product positioning within the line, using belt and chain conveyor options such as vibratory, inverting, and ergonomic stepped packing tables. These devices offer high-speed, precision, and seamless operation for product orientation, including merging/diverging lines, single filing, inline stacking, and counter stacking.
