Product Centering Device for Fragile Baked Goods & Lugless Loading
Benchmark's Product Centering or Product Orienting device is used to place a single lane of product on a common center line when it is not able to be plowed. It consists of a series of round urethane belts that are fixed at the infeed end and adjustable at the discharge end using a servo motor. This device is used for baked goods or other fragile items that require a specific center line for lugless loading. Our Product Centering device leverages these round urethane belts to ensure precise positioning. Additionally, InFlight automatic infeeds automate product loading into horizontal wrappers or cartoners, enhancing performance, reliability, and productivity with custom automatic infeeds tailored to specific product specifications. Automatic cartoner infeeds manage both backlogged and non-backlogged products efficiently. Furthermore, we offer turnkey distribution systems for items such as baked goods, bars, cookies, crackers, and frozen foods. This includes automatic slug loading for thin, consistently shaped products and versatile automatic tray loaders for various tray sizes, ensuring high-speed operations. Our orienting devices, including belt and chain conveyor options like vibratory, inverting, and stepped packing table conveyors, facilitate accurate product positioning.
