InFlight FT High Speed Loader - Automatic Infeed Systems

The InFlight FT is ideal for high-speed loading of products that cannot be backlogged or products that are sticky or fragile. This high-speed loader features a non-contact feeder for precise, continuous motion loading and a floating belt-to-belt transfer for single-lane, randomly spaced products, ensuring accurate product handling. It offers quick changeovers, intuitive operation, and an easy maintenance design. Changeovers for most products can be completed in five minutes or less without the use of tools, making it particularly suitable for the baked goods industry.
Additionally, the loader can handle both backlogged and non-backlogged products, including baked goods, bars, cookies, crackers, and frozen foods. Custom automatic infeeds tailored to specific product specifications, along with automatic slug loading for thin, consistently shaped products, ensure versatile operation. The loader also includes orienting devices for accurate product positioning and multiple conveyor options such as vibratory, inverting, and ergonomic stepped packing.
