Request More Information ›The Stepped Packing Table features a series of belt conveyors with varying widths, designed to optimize packaging applications. Each downstream conveyor is narrower than the one upstream, reducing the distance between operators and the product to improve ergonomics and efficiency. This packaging application conveyor minimizes operator strain, increasing productivity in manual packing operations.
For seamless integration, tabletop chain conveyors can be mounted on either side of the belt conveyors, transporting products to downstream equipment such as a Product Merger. The resulting single-lane product flow can be automatically fed into a horizontal wrapper using the InFlight BL loader, ensuring smooth and continuous packaging operations.
